• Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related field.
• 5+ years in partnership/business development, events, or related field.
• Proven track record securing and managing partnerships.
• Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Excellent communication in English and Chinese; Cantonese and Mandarin preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain partnerships with external organizations for experiences and events to drive mall traffic.
• Identify, pitch, negotiate, and secure partnership agreements for activations, pop-ups, and seasonal events.
• Manage end-to-end partnership lifecycle: contracts, scheduling, logistics, post-activation analysis.
• Cultivate and expand the mall's network of leasing partners for short-term retail, F&B, and entertainment concepts.
• Collaborate with marketing, operations, and leasing teams to align on opportunities, execution, and KPIs.
• Analyze performance data and prepare reports on partnership impact and ROI.
• Stay updated on industry trends and new partnership models to identify opportunities.
