Job summary

King Deux Search & Consulting is seeking an Assistant Manager, Partnership / Business Development to build and manage strategic partnerships for malls, retail and tourism projects in Hong Kong. Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end partnership lifecycle: contracts, scheduling, logistics, post-activation analysis.
• Cultivate and expand the mall's network of leasing partners for short-term retail, F&B, and entertainment concepts.
• Collaborate with marketing, operations, and leasing teams to align on opportunities, execution, and KPIs.
• Analyze performance data and prepare reports on partnership impact and ROI.
• Stay updated on industry trends and new partnership models to identify opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain partnerships with external organizations for unique experiences, events, and gimmicks to drive traffic and engagement at the shopping mall/tourist complex
• Identify, pitch, negotiate, and secure partnership agreements for temporary or seasonal activations, pop-up shops, promotional events, etc.
• Manage the end-to-end partnership lifecycle, including contract negotiation, scheduling, logistics, and post-activation analysis
• Cultivate and expand the mall's network of casual leasing partners for short-term retail, food & beverage, and entertainment concepts
• Work cross-functionally with the marketing, operations, and leasing teams to align on partnership opportunities, execution, and KPIs
• Analyze performance data and generate reports to measure the success and impact of partnerships
• Stay up-to-date on industry trends, competitive activities, and new partnership models to identify innovative opportunities

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field
• 5+ years of experience in partnership/business development, event marketing, or a related field
