About the Role

The role provides betting services and handles customer enquiries by phone. It sits within the Membership and Customer Excellence (MCE) Division, which delivers world-class experiences and deepens engagement across all customer segments. The Division oversees operations of clubhouses, racecourses, and Off-Course Betting Branches (OCBBs), and leads the Club’s customer experience strategy across digital and physical touchpoints.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide betting services to customers via phone.
• Handle customer enquiries via phone.

Required Experience & Qualifications

• HKCEE/DSE or above.
• Able to speak native Cantonese and English.

Salary

• HK$87.5 per hour
