Job summary

Global Sports Jobs Limited seeks a Membership Services Officer to support 7-day hotline operations at Sha Tin Racecourse. You will handle inquiries, reservations, and app support while driving programme initiatives through telesales.

The role requires a university degree, at least 1 year in service, and fluency in Cantonese and English. Proficiency in MS Office and a Customer Management System is expected.

Qualifications

• University degree holder with at least 1 year in service industry.
• Good understanding of Customer Management System.
• Strong coordination skills and attention to detail.
• Fluency in spoken Cantonese and English; written English also required.
• Hands-on experience with MS Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Provide services and support during 7-day operation hours via the Members Services Hotline.
• Conduct telesales activities to drive programmes initiatives.
• Address members' inquiries and handle reservations for raceday and non-raceday events.
• Provide mobile app technical support and ensure follow-up of members' needs.
• Record feedback and complaints; accept duties from Line Manager.

About the Role

The role sits within the Membership Services Department, which provides coordination, administrative support, and amenities to the Club's 29,000 Members and their families. The jobholder provides services and support through the Members Services Hotline, which operates 7 days a week, and performs telesales activities to drive initiatives of different programmes. They address members' inquiries, handle raceday and non-raceday reservations, provide mobile app technical support, and ensure members' needs are followed up.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide services and support during 7-day operation hours on the Members Services Hotline and perform telesales activities within appropriate timelines to drive initiatives of different programmes.
• Address members' general inquiries, perform raceday and non-raceday reservations, and provide mobile app technical support in accordance with the Club's standard policies and procedures.
• Communicate with internal colleagues to ensure members' needs are handled and followed up.
• Record and follow members' feedback and complaints timely.
• Accept duties assigned by the Line Manager(s).

Required Experience & Qualifications

• University degree holder with a minimum of 1-year experience in the service industry.
• Good understanding of Customer Management System.
• Strong co‑ordination skills.
• Fluency in spoken Cantonese and English and in written English.
• Hands‑on experience of MS Office applications (Word, Excel and PowerPoint).

Preferred Skills

• Experience in a Call Centre.
• Knowledge of written Chinese and spoken Mandarin.
• Chinese typing skills.
