Job summary

Smartdeer Services Centre in Hong Kong is seeking a Part-Time Sales Prospecting & Research Freelancer to identify industry, company size, business model, and financial needs, and to conduct outbound calls to prospects.

You will capture findings in systems or spreadsheets, share market feedback with the sales team, and use Cantonese daily; Mandarin and English are a plus.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in sales, telemarketing, lead generation, market research, customer service, or a similar role.
• Cantonese fluency is required for communicating with Hong Kong business owners and prospects.
• Mandarin and English communication skills are an advantage.
• Previous cold-calling or outbound calling experience is preferred.
• Clear communication, good listening skills, and a professional telephone manner.
• Comfortable using a computer, spreadsheets, and online research tools.
• Must have a personal computer for work.
• Able to work from the Airwallex Hong Kong office 1-2 times per week.
