Job summary

Asianet Consultants (HK) Ltd is seeking a Researcher to support our consultants across live search assignments in Kowloon Bay, Kwun Tong District. You will prepare candidate reports, interview schedules and client packs to a high standard, and act as a day-to-day contact for clients on documentation and scheduling.

This hands-on role rewards accuracy, timely delivery and a clear presentation of information. Candidates typically have 2–4 years of relevant experience and a Bachelor’s degree.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of relevant experience in search, recruitment, client services, executive assistance, or business analysis.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Excellent written English; Cantonese and/or Mandarin strongly preferred.
• Genuine attention to detail and urgency about deadlines.
• Confident with Word, Excel, PowerPoint and PDF tools.
• Discreet handling of confidential information and ability to follow established processes.

The role

We are looking for a Researcher to support our consultants across live search assignments. The emphasis is on preparing high‑quality client documentation, supporting candidate assessment and keeping assignments moving. Accuracy and the clear presentation of information are central to the role, as our work is reviewed closely by clients. Reports to Managing Director, with day‑to‑day reporting to the Research Director.

This is a hands‑on role for someone who takes pride in getting things right and getting them out on time.

What you will do

• Prepare candidate reports, interview schedules and client packs to a high standard.
• Support candidate research, screening and assessment on live assignments.
• Act as a day‑to‑day point of contact for clients on documentation and scheduling.
• Keep assignment records accurate and up to date.
• Help ensure our work is delivered on time and to standard.

What we are looking for

• Around two to four years of relevant experience. A background in search or recruitment is welcome, but so are client services, executive assistance, committee support and business analysis.
• Bachelor's degree preferred. The subject is not critical.
• Excellent written English. Cantonese and/or Mandarin strongly preferred.
• Genuine attention to detail, and a sense of urgency about deadlines.
• Confident with Word, Excel, PowerPoint and PDF tools.
• Comfortable working to an established process, and discreet with confidential information.
