Job summary

MiDer Consultants Limited in Hong Kong is seeking a Researcher/Consultant to help identify top talent for global clients in the financial sector.

You will qualify candidates, shortlist, and work with internal consultants to present to clients, while building relationships in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.

This role requires strong communication, Cantonese and English fluency, and a proactive, self-motivated approach. 1 year experience would be an advantage.

Qualifications

• 1 year experience in a similar capacity would be an advantage.
• Exceptional communication, negotiation, and persuasion skills.
• Strong phone presence and comfort handling complex conversations.
• Self-motivated with a drive to meet or exceed targets.
• Fluent in Cantonese and English.
