LINE Studio Limited in Hong Kong is offering a part-time Retail Design Project Intern position for luxury retail projects across Greater China and Korea. The role lasts about 6 months and focuses on project communication, BOQ and tender document preparation.

You will translate meetings between Mandarin/Cantonese and English, support the team with project documents, and contribute to high-end retail architecture.

Qualifications

• Degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction, Interior Design or similar.
• Knowledge of AutoCAD and Excel.
• Fluent in Mandarin, Cantonese and English (speaking and writing).
• Able to translate technical terms clearly during meetings.
• Careful with details, independent, and good in a small team.

Part Time Retail Design Project Intern (Luxury Retail Projects)

LINE Studio Limited is a Hong Kong based Architecture Studio providing design and architecture services for high-end Retail projects located in Greater China and Korea.

About the role

This is a part time position for about 6 months. You will help in project communication, prepare Bills of Quantities (BOQ) and tender documents for luxury Brand projects.

(i) Key responsibilities

Measure and prepare BOQ and tender papers

Support the team with project documents

Help with translation in meetings: Mandarin/Cantonese to English, so senior staff can understand

(ii) Requirements

Degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction, Interior Design or similar.

Knowledge of AutoCAD and Excel.

Fluent in Mandarin, Cantonese and English (speaking and writing).
