The Hospital Authority invites applications for a Temporary Part-time Operation Assistant II in the Supporting Services Department at Pamela Youde Nethersole Eastern Hospital. You will assist daily operation, manage frontline staff, and support wards and departments.

Selected candidate will be offered temporary part-time terms up to 6 months. Renewal depends on service needs, availability of funding and job performance. For enquiries, please contact the HR in-charge.

Formación

• Passes in 5 subjects including English and Chinese in HKCEE or equivalent.
• Alternatively 5 subjects in HKDSE with specified levels or equivalent.
• 1 year working experience in hospital services, cleansing or logistics.

Responsabilidades

• Assist daily operation of Supporting Services, including dispatch and supervision.
• Assist in management of Siu Sai Wan Health Integrated Building.
• Assist in overnight room and department equipment management.
• Liaise with users and service contractors for daily services.
• Conduct routine inspection and monitor frontline staff performance.
• Compile statistical reports and maintain duty rosters and staff records.
• Assist in staff training.
• Assist in handling emergencies and disasters.
• Perform cleansing or transportation duties if necessary.
• Carry out other duties as required by supervisors.
