Job summary

Sun Hung Kai Properties Limited in Hong Kong is seeking a Part-time Marketing Assistant in Reward & Partnership to support campaign materials and communications. The ideal candidate is a university undergraduate in Marketing or related discipline with strong MS Word/Excel/PowerPoint skills and fluency in Chinese and English.

Immediate availability is preferred. Responsibilities include preparing collaterals, updating promotions on The Point Mobile App and website, handling inquiries, and

Qualifications

• University undergraduates in Marketing or related discipline.
• With administrative experience would be an advantage
• Good PC knowledge, strong in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Chinese Word Processing
• Attention to detail, well organized and good team player
• Good communication and interpersonal skill
• Good command of written and spoken Chinese & English
• Immediate available is preferred

Responsibilities

• Prepare marketing collaterals and develop communication content for marketing campaigns and promotions
• Handle various office administrative tasks and support, such as handling incoming calls and emails, collaborate with internal work teams, mall teams and vendors
• Update and maintain promotional offers, e-coupons, tenant news, and banner updates on The Point Mobile App and website
• Compile basic performance tracking and prepare clipping reports for tactical tenant campaigns
• Assist in preparing visual and copy for various campaign and prepare pitching decks
• Support day-to-day operations of Point Dollar and Instant Point Earn program
• Perform other ad hoc tasks as required
