Job summary

Sun Hung Kai Properties Ltd in Hong Kong is seeking an on-site Training & Tenant Support role to support The Point loyalty program. You will train tenants on Instant Point Earn, guide adoption of new features, and collect feedback for the Rewards Team. The role requires strong communication, proactive attitude, and the ability to interact with diverse stakeholders.

6 hours/day, up to 16 hours/week, hourly rate HK$100. Equal opportunity employer.

Responsibilities

• Provide training and operation support to tenants on Instant Point Earn function and other new initiatives of “The Point”, SHKP’s integrated mall loyalty program.
• Provide on-site training, guidance, and operational support to tenants to ensure smooth adoption of new features.
• Collect tenant feedback and insights, and report to “The Point” Rewards Team for continuous improvement.
• Test and examine tenant’s performance, and provide constructive feedback.
