The Hong Kong Jockey Club is seeking a part-time administrative assistant for the Property Department in Happy Valley. You will deliver and collect internal and external documents, handle goods delivery and collection, and perform packing, labeling and clerical duties.
The role requires HKDSE or equivalent, at least 1 year of relevant experience, and proficiency with MS Office. Fluent in English and Chinese with the ability to work two days per week, Monday to Friday, 9am–6pm.

The Department
The Property Department is committed to providing integrated, customer-centric, sustainable and cost effective asset management, development management, project management and facilities management services to the key Business Units in the Club.
The Job
You will
deliver and collect internal and external document
handle goods delivery and collection
perform packing, labelling and clerical duties
provide other administrative supports as instruct by Supervisor
About You
You should have
completed Hong Kong Diploma of Secondary Education (HKDSE) or equivalent, preferably in field of Property Management or Facilities Management
at least 1 year relevant experience
hands-on experience in MS applications
good command in spoken and written English and Chinese
be able to work 2 days per week (Mon - Fri) 9am – 6pm
Pay-rate
HK$89.5 per hour
