Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Dietetics with a recognized clinical internship.
• Must be registered on the Hong Kong Academy of Accredited Dietitians (HKAAD).
• Minimum of 2 years post-qualification experience in patient care or clinical practice.

Client Consultation & Progress Management

Personalized Guidance: Provide personalized nutrition consultations and tailored dietary guidance to help clients achieve their health and wellness goals.

Progress Monitoring: Track and evaluate client progress through various health and nutrition programs, adjusting recommendations as needed.

Customer Enquiries & Recommendations: Handle client inquiries in person and via messaging platforms, professionally recommending suitable services, programs, and products.

Client Engagement: Promptly and professionally reply to client messages to maintain strong client relationships and offer continuous support.

Educational Content & Social Media

Education Materials: Research, write, and prepare client-facing educational materials—including nutritional guides, meal plan templates, workshop presentations, and wellness handouts.

Social Media Creation: Assist in creating engaging social media content (posts, videos, graphics) centered on nutrition education and healthy lifestyle tips.

Community Wellness: Translate complex nutritional science into clear, accessible, and practical educational tools for store visitors and online followers.

Store Operations & Administrative Support

Daily Operations: Support smooth day-to-day store operations and consistently maintain excellent service standards.

Ad-Hoc Support: Provide flexible assistance with ad-hoc projects and operational tasks as required by management.

Qualifications & Requirements

Education & Professional Registration:

Bachelor of Science in Dietetics (or equivalent) with a recognized clinical internship.

Must be registered on the Register of Dietitians under the Hong Kong Academy of Accredited Dietitians (HKAAD).

Work Experience:

Minimum of 2 years of post-qualification experience in patient care or clinical/dietetic practice.

Communication & Interpersonal Skills:

Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills to effectively engage clients and deliver educational content.

Personal Attributes & Technical Literacy:

Proactive, mature, and capable of working independently in a fast-paced retail and health environment.
