Job summary

qlub is scaling fast in Hong Kong and is looking for a Customer Support Associate (Part-time) to join the team. You’ll respond to inquiries, troubleshoot issues, and help turn frictionless payments into growth for restaurants.

You should have 0–1 years in customer support, excellent communication, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. This role offers hands-on ownership in a fintech startup, with weekends required and flexibility in hours.

Qualifications

• 0–1 years of experience in customer support; fresh graduates welcome.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Respond to customer queries via phone, email, or chat.
• Identify and troubleshoot issues customers may encounter.
• Capture, organise and report product issues or useful discussions to the internal team.
• Work closely with Operations to follow up with customers to ensure technical issues are resolved.
• Support management with important strategic insights and recommendations based on on-ground feedback, reports & industry trends.
