Job summary

DJRecruit Asia is seeking a Client Services Assistant in Hong Kong to support customers through multiple channels and help scale payment technology solutions. The role requires a proactive, customer-focused mindset and comfort with fast-paced environments.

You will work with local operators and cross-functional teams to deliver timely resolutions and insights. Fresh graduates are welcome, with a preference for those who have exposure to fintech or payments.

Qualifications

• Fresh graduates or candidates with 1 year of customer support experience.
• Experience in fintech or payment companies is a major advantage.
• Willingness to work weekend shifts to support growth.
• Excellent bilingual communication in English and Cantonese.

Responsibilities

• Deliver timely, high-quality support to customers across phone, email, and live chat channels.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot technical or service-related issues to ensure a seamless customer experience.
• Document and synthesize product feedback for internal product teams.
• Collaborate with Operations to track and resolve complex technical tickets.
• Provide data-driven insights and strategic recommendations to management.
