qlub is scaling fast and is seeking a Customer Support Associate (Part-time) in Hong Kong. You will respond to customer queries via phone, email, or chat, troubleshoot issues, and collaborate with the Operations team to resolve problems from day one.

Fresh graduates are welcome. You should communicate clearly, multitask in a fast-moving environment, and contribute insights from customer feedback to improve the service. Flexible hours, including weekends, are available.

Qualifications

• 0–1 year of customer support experience; fresh graduates welcome.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Respond to customer queries via phone, email, or chat.
