Job summary

WeLab, a leading fintech platform, is hiring for its Hong Kong call center to handle bank product inquiries, phone and email queries, and customer complaints. You will provide high-quality service in Cantonese, Mandarin and English, guiding customers through their banking journey.

This role requires DSE/Form 5 or above, and a customer service mindset. Working five days a week with rotating shifts, including night and overnight, based in Quarry Bay, near MTR.

Qualifications

• DSE/Form 5 or above required.
• Strong Cantonese, Mandarin and English communication skills.
• Experience in customer service or banking products preferred.
• Senior candidate may be considered for Senior Customer Service Officer.

Responsibilities

• Handle customer calls and emails and respond to inquiries.
• Resolve complaints and provide quality service.
• Explain banking products and services to customers.
• Work five days per week with rotating shifts, including nights.
