Job summary

Nex is seeking a Part-time Content Operations Assistant in Hong Kong to support localization workflows. This 3-day-per-week, student-focused role reports to the Manager, Project Management. The work is detail-driven, not purely technical, with templates and onboarding provided.

You will prepare localization handoff packages, perform pre-handoff verification, update documentation, assist with subtitles, and support ad-hoc tasks in a collaborative team.

Qualifications

• Strong attention to detail and an organized approach to work.
• Curiosity about how and why things are done, with an interest in suggesting improvements once familiar with the process.
• Comfortable using documentation tools such as Google Sheets and Notion, with the ability to learn new tools readily.

Responsibilities

• Localization handoff package preparation for translation vendors.
• Pre-hand-off verification with build smoke tests.
• Update the supporting documentation database.
• Assist with localization tasks, including subtitle verification and editing.
• Support the Content Operations team with ad-hoc tasks.
