Job summary

Nex is seeking a Content Operations Intern to support the day-to-day financial and operational activities of our Content team in Hong Kong. Reporting to the Senior Content Operations Specialist, you will help organise operational data, track budgets, maintain documentation, and assist with finance and operational risk management processes.

The role offers exposure to game and content operations, with cross-functional collaboration across Content, Finance, Legal, and other teams, and priorities

Responsibilities

• Finance and operational support tasks including budget tracking, spending analysis, and reporting.
• Data collection, cleaning, organisation, and validation from multiple sources.
• Maintain spreadsheets, trackers, dashboards, and documentation.
• Assist with renewal reviews, licensing, and subscription administration.
• Support risk management and controls documentation.
