Job summary

foodpanda is seeking a part-time Campaign Support Assistant in Hong Kong to work closely with the Commercial team on joint campaign plans and in-app assets.

You will analyze campaigns weekly, help develop cataloging tools for the dmart platform, and perform ad hoc tasks. English and Cantonese communication are required, along with Canva experience. This role is ideal for undergraduates or graduates seeking hands-on marketing exposure.

Qualifications

• Undergraduate or graduate in any discipline; Canva experience required.
• Willing to learn and hardworking, with good communication and presentation skills.
• Good command of English and Cantonese and basic PC/MS Office skills.

Responsibilities

• Work closely with the commercial team to formulate joint campaign plans.
• Support in managing campaigns and in-app media assets with the commercial & marketing team.
• Analyze ongoing campaigns, including weekly tracking of performance.
• Assist in developing product cataloging, tools, and tactics to optimize customer experience on dmart platform.
• Other ad hoc services as required
