Job summary

Tiny Talents Professional English Learning Centre in Hong Kong is seeking a Marketing Assistant to help plan and execute campaigns, promotions and in-store activities with internal teams and external partners. You will coordinate photography/video content production, media placements, online marketing including social media, eDM and SEO analytics, and liaise with agencies and landlords.

A 2-4 year background in marketing, strong writing, overseas experience, and a collaborative, detail-oriented

Qualifications

• 2-4 years of experience in a marketing or communications role.
• Strong writing and content creation skills with excellent attention to detail.
• Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms such as social media, email, SEO and analytics.
• Creative and analytical mindset with the ability to develop and execute effective marketing campaigns.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with internal teams.
• HD or above in Marketing, Communications or a related field with some overseas experiences.

Responsibilities

• Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns, promotions, and in-store activities with internal teams and external partners.
• Coordinate the production of photography, video content and marketing collateral, media placement and other marketing initiatives.
• Assist in collecting quotations, liaising with printers, suppliers, and agencies and tracking production schedules for design assets.
• Support online marketing including social media, eDM and digital content creation.
• Liaise with PR agencies, advertising agencies, shopping malls and landlords on marketing activities.
• Assist with ad-hoc research, market data collation, and general clerical tasks to support the smooth execution of marketing campaigns.
