Job summary

Ocean Park Corporation seeks a Communications/PR/Marketing professional with at least five years of non-profit experience to manage OPCFHK’s communications. The role will develop and maintain the website, drive online traffic, and strengthen social media presence while coordinating publications and speeches for spokespersons and advocacy efforts.

Qualifications

• Five+ years of experience in Communication/PR/Marketing, preferably in non-profit organizations.
• Excellent written skills in English and Chinese.
• Fluent in English, Chinese and Putonghua.
• Ability to work independently and in a team, with multi-tasking abilities.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain OPCFHK’s website with up-to-date information.
• Drive traffic to OPCFHK’s website and strengthen social media presence.
• Manage Facebook, Instagram and other channels for public engagement.
• Collaborate with service providers to publish materials (Annual Report, e-newsletters, eDM).
• Develop speeches and talking points for spokespersons and editorials; support in advocacy publications.

• Develop OPCFHK’s website and maintain the information is up-to-date and accurate
• Drive traffic to OPCFHK’s website and strength the presence in social media
• Manage and use Facebook, Instagram or other channels as an effective communication tool to engage general public
• Work with service providers to develop OPCFHK’s publication such as Annual Report, e-newsletter, eDM
• Develop speeches and talking points for spokespersons, editor’s column, etc
• Work with different team members to consolidate relevant raw materials for publications, support in advocacy work

Requirements

• At least five years of experience in Communication / Public Relations / Marketing preferably in Non-profit organization
• Excellent written skills in English and Chinese
• Fluent in English, Chinese and Putonghua
• Ability to work both independently and as part of team, multi-tasking
