Job summary

Lanson Place Causeway Bay in Hong Kong seeks a hands-on facilities technician to ensure building services run smoothly. You will supervise a team of technicians, assign daily maintenance tasks, and coordinate with outside contractors to deliver special projects.

The role requires strict adherence to health and safety rules and ensuring guest rooms and public areas remain clean and well-maintained after work. A five-day work week is offered in Hong Kong.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience in building services maintenance.
• Ability to lead a small technician team and liaise with contractors.
• Know-how of safety policies and operational standards.

Responsibilities

• Ensure all work orders are completed satisfactorily to keep building systems running
• Supervise a team of technicians and provide guidance and assistance as needed
• Assign and prioritise daily repair and maintenance tasks according to needs
• Ensure public areas and guest rooms are well-maintained after work
• Coordinate with external contractors for special projects
• Comply with health and safety instructions and hygiene standards
