Job summary

CGS International Holdings Limited in Hong Kong is hiring for an operations professional to manage end-to-end trade lifecycle for OTC derivatives and structured yield products. The role requires 2+ years of hands-on experience in derivatives operations and strong Excel (VBA) and SQL/Python skills.

You will perform daily reconciliations, support risk and regulatory reporting, and work with front office, IT, and vendors to onboard new products and improve workflows.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree (with full-time Bachelor’s) in Mathematics, Physics, Engineering, Financial Engineering, Computer Science, Statistics, Finance, Economics, or related fields.
• Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in OTC derivatives or structured products operations at securities firms or futures risk management subsidiaries.
• Solid knowledge of derivatives products, settlement mechanics, and local/international market regulations.
• Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and proficiency in Excel (VBA) and SQL/Python (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end trade lifecycle: booking, confirmation, settlement, and reconciliation for OTC derivatives and structured yield products.
• Perform daily position, cash, and collateral reconciliations with counterparties; investigate and resolve breaks promptly.
• Support risk and compliance with stress-testing data, regulatory reporting, and operational controls.
• Collaborate with front office, IT, and vendors to onboard new products and enhance operational workflows.
