Job summary

CSC Holdings Limited in Hong Kong is seeking a Head of OTC Product Trading to oversee end-to-end OTC trading operations. You will solicit quotes, execute trades, monitor intraday risk and coordinate with settlement teams to ensure accurate trade confirmations.

You will maintain partnerships with global institutional counterparties under ISDA/CSA, ensure compliance with SFC rules and KYC/AML standards, and lead a trading team with strong desk risk monitoring and regulatory expertise.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of hands-on OTC derivatives trading experience in private banking or large financial institutions.
• Hold relevant professional licenses required by the Hong Kong SFC with solid knowledge of ISDA and CSA agreements and the full OTC trade lifecycle.
• Proven experience in desk risk monitoring and trade execution, able to provide supporting records of past trading and risk control performance.
• Fluent written and spoken English and Chinese; CFA or FRM holders preferred.

Responsibilities

• Quote solicitation and trade execution for equity instruments, index options, ELN and FCN per internal strategies and orders.
• Monitor intraday risk exposures and perform hedging within approved limits.
• Ensure compliance with SFC rules, KYC and AML standards across all transactions.
• Coordinate with settlement team to confirm trades and manage back-office processes.
