TSS Hong Kong is seeking an experienced Middle Office Operations professional on a contract basis to backfill a multi-year strategic project. The role focuses on trade support for ETD and OTC derivatives and covers the full trade lifecycle from capture to settlement.

You will manage reconciliations, corporate actions, and collateral management, liaising with Front Office, Technology, Finance, and external counterparties. Strong Excel, SQL, and Python skills are a plus.

Formación

• 6–10 years in Middle Office, Investment Operations, or Trade Support.
• Proven derivatives trade support (ETD/OTC) experience.
• Strong knowledge of full trade lifecycle across asset classes.
• Experience with cash/position/transactions reconciliations and corporate actions.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
• Strong written and verbal communication with stakeholders.
• Self-starter; able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Advanced Excel; SQL, VBA or Python a plus.
• Experience with trading and reconciliation platforms is advantageous.

Responsabilidades

• Manage end-to-end trade lifecycle for multiple asset classes.
• Oversee trade capture, affirmation, allocation, settlement.
• Perform reconciliations and resolve breaks.
• Support corporate actions and other operations.
• Act as liaison across Front Office, Technology, Finance, Risk and counterparties.
• Identify risks and optimize processes.
• Provide derivatives trade support (ETD/OTC) focus.
• Maintain collateral and margin activities.
