CHINA INDUSTRIAL SECURITIES INTERNATIONAL FINANCIAL GROUP LIMITED in Hong Kong is seeking an OTC Derivative Products Operations Specialist. You will review trade bookings, monitor lifecycle events, and handle clearing/settlement for exchange-traded and OTC contracts while processing fund transfers and collateral reconciliation.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in Finance/ Economics/ Financial Engineering, at least 2 years in derivatives or middle office, and strong English and Chinese

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or above in Finance, Economics, Financial Engineering or a related discipline.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in derivatives or middle office support for Type 1/Type 2 regulated activities; cross-border derivatives experience preferred.
• Excellent written and spoken English and Chinese (Mandarin and Cantonese).

Responsibilities

• Trade booking review: reconcile exchange-traded transaction flow by sub-account and book OTC contract terms.
• Lifecycle event monitoring and handling: corporate actions, interest rate resets, contract barrier monitoring, maturity redemption and early termination.
• Clearing and settlement: clearing and settlement of exchange-traded trades and OTC contracts, generation and verification of valuation reports.
• Handle daily fund transfers in and out; maintain and generate related fund ledgers and settlement notices.
• Support the receipt, payment and reconciliation of performance collateral / margin.
• Responsible for HKTR reporting, covering the reporting of trade data, valuations, collateral and lifecycle events, as well as the handling of exceptions / anomalies.
