Qualifications

• Fluent in Mandarin; proficient in written and spoken English and Chinese.
• Legal right to work in Hong Kong.
• Fresh graduates welcome; internship experience in customer service or operations is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Message Relay & Coordination: Relay inquiry, quotation, and trade-related messages across option process groups (client groups, upstream quotation groups), ensuring timely and accurate information flow.
• Process Tracking: Assist in tracking the option trading process, ensuring smooth communication among all parties and preventing missed or delayed messages.
• Data Organization & Filing: Assist in organizing daily communication logs and basic trade data, and maintain proper filing of related documents.
• Cross-department Collaboration: Maintain good communication with the trading team and middle/back-office departments to assist with daily operational support tasks.

This role is primarily responsible for ensuring the smooth flow of the trading process by efficiently and accurately relaying messages across various communication groups (e.g., client groups, upstream quotation groups). We highly welcome fresh graduates with strong logical thinking and stress-holding capabilities.

Key Responsibilities

• Message Relay & Coordination: Responsible for relaying inquiry, quotation, and trade-related messages across various option process groups (client groups, upstream quotation groups), ensuring timely and accurate information flow.


• Process Tracking: Assist in tracking the option trading process, ensuring smooth communication among all parties and preventing missed or delayed messages.


• Data Organization & Filing: Assist in organizing daily communication logs and basic trade data, and maintain proper filing of related documents.


• Cross-department Collaboration: Maintain good communication with the trading team and middle/back-office departments to assist with daily operational support tasks.

Requirements

• Soft Skills: Strong sense of responsibility, attention to detail, and excellent communication skills. Ability to handle messages from multiple chat groups simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.


• Working Eligibility: Applicants must already possess the legal right to work in Hong Kong (e.g., Permanent Resident, IANG visa, Dependent visa).


• Education: Associate or Bachelor's degree in any discipline (Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or related fields preferred).


• Experience: Fresh graduates are welcome to apply; prior internship experience in customer service or operations is a plus.


• Language: Fluent in Mandarin; proficient in written and spoken English and Chinese.


• Professional Skills: Proficiency in using various communication software (e.g., WeChat, WhatsApp) and basic office software (Word, Excel).
