Job summary

ISS Facility Services - Hong Kong in Quarry Bay is seeking an Operations Performance professional to plan and execute strategic business operations projects. You will develop, implement, and maintain project management standards while engaging stakeholders to remove bottlenecks and drive continuous improvement.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in related fields and 1–4 years of experience in operations or project management within a sizeable organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, engineering, logistics, and/or business administration or relevant fields/work experience.
• Minimum 1 to 4 years' solid experience in operations, performance improvement, project/program management, consulting, and/or general business analyst functions from a sizeable organization.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills; able to articulate key points succinctly and clearly, while influencing various internal and external stakeholders.
• Comfortable navigating ambiguity, while maintaining momentum and discipline.
• Candidates with less experience may be considered for a junior position.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute strategic business operations projects, such as process/performance improvement, change management, continuous improvement activities, etc.
• Develop, implement, and maintain project management methodologies, standards, and best practices across the organization
• Engage with various stakeholders to identify process deficiencies, and implement change management methodologies to standardize and eliminate bottlenecks
• Monitor key KPIs (efficiency, cost savings, workforce numbers, etc.) and develop gap closing measures
• Prepare and present regular project status reports to senior management and stakeholders
• Provide miscellaneous support and lead ad-hoc projects to the Operations Performance department
