Job summary

Binance Hong Kong is seeking an experienced Operations/ Growth professional to lead the Prediction Market business operations. You will shape growth strategies, drive liquidity, and manage end-to-end activation, retention, and conversion across sports, esports, politics, and other events.

Collaborate with product, marketing, data, and tech teams to launch campaigns and features, while closely monitoring performance metrics and market trends.

Qualifications

• Solid experience in operations, growth, or product operations.
• Familiar with Prediction Market products and user behavior or strong end-to-end project management capabilities.
• Must be familiar with liquidity management and participation-driving mechanisms.
• Think holistically — channels, growth, and conversion across segments.
• Strong data sense, execution ability, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Good understanding of event-driven markets such as sports, esports, politics, policy, and trending topics.
• Experience in crypto, betting, gaming, trading, fintech, or similar fast-paced platforms is a strong plus.
• Fluency in Chinese and English is required to coordinate with overseas partners.

Responsibilities

• Own the overall operations strategy for the Prediction Market business, focusing on growth, user participation, liquidity, and market health.
• Drive end-to-end growth across acquisition, activation, retention, and conversion.
• Design and execute mechanisms to improve liquidity, trading activity, and user engagement; identify and operate key market categories such as sports, esports, politics, policy, and other events.
• Collaborate with product, marketing, data, and tech teams to launch features, campaigns, and strategic initiatives.
• Monitor core metrics, analyze performance, and continuously optimize operations and growth outcomes.
• Conduct market and competitor research to identify trends, best practices, and new opportunities.
• Build scalable operational frameworks and support team execution.

• Need to think holistically — not only category knowledge, but also channels, growth, and conversion
• Strong data sense, execution ability, and cross-functional collaboration skills
• Good understanding of event-driven markets such as sports, esports, politics, policy, and trending topics is a strong plus
• Experience in crypto, betting, gaming, trading, fintech, or similar fast-paced platforms is a strong plus
• Fluency in Chinese and English is required to be able to coordinate with overseas partners and stakeholders. Additional languages would be an advantage.
