Job summary

Binance in Hong Kong is hiring a Product and Partnerships Manager to identify on-chain tokenized finance opportunities and integrate DeFi projects into the product ecosystem. You will work with internal teams to evaluate and optimize opportunities with risk controls and data-driven analysis.

The role requires a traditional finance background, hands-on DeFi experience, strong business development skills, and bilingual English/Mandarin communication.

Responsibilities

Responsibilities

• Product and Business Opportunity Identification. Apply strong wealth management business thinking and product thinking to proactively identify suitable on-chain tokenized traditional finance products and DeFi projects based on user needs. Work closely with internal teams to integrate these opportunities into the existing product ecosystem in alignment with risk control requirements.
• Partnership Opportunity Management. Take ownership of internal business collaboration opportunities, and follow through on project evaluation, product assessment, and optimisation discussions with external partners in accordance with internal risk management principles.
• Cross-functional Coordination and Campaign Execution.Collaborate closely with internal product operations and campaign operations teams to plan and execute user growth and engagement initiatives related to Earn products and partnerships.

Requirements

• Traditional Finance Background.Solid background in traditional finance, with strong familiarity with yield sources and yield strategies across traditional financial assets, such as bonds, funds, equities, commodities, and foreign exchange.
• On-chain DeFi Experience.Hands-on experience with on-chain DeFi products, with deep understanding of products such as Lending, Staking, Liquidity Provision (LP), and RWA Vaults. Able to understand underlying yield mechanisms and risk structures, and conduct an initial assessment of how on-chain products fit into the existing product ecosystem.
• Business Development Capability.Strong business development and partnership skills, with the ability to proactively identify and drive internal and external collaboration opportunities, and work closely with the operations team to execute related campaigns and initiatives.
• AI and Data-Driven Analysis.Proficient in using AI tools for product analysis, operational performance reviews, and campaign effectiveness evaluation. Able to proactively identify gaps or blind spots in team execution through a data-driven approach.
• Bilingual Communication Skills.Bilingual English/Mandarin is required to be able to coordinate with overseas partners and stakeholders.
