Binance in Hong Kong seeks a technically strong Wallet Integration Specialist to drive external integrations for Tokenized Stocks. You will bridge Tokenized Stocks with external brokers, DEXs, and on-chain protocols to expand products and grow AUM.

Responsibilities include leading wallet and on-chain integrations, scoping, API work, testing, and go-live in partnership with internal Tech/Engineering. You will collaborate across Product, Compliance, Legal, and Support teams.

Formación

• 4–6 years in crypto wallet solutions, blockchain infrastructure, or a related role.
• Solid understanding of blockchain systems including UTXO, EVM, multi-signature/MPC wallets, smart contracts, DEXs.
• Experience with API integrations (REST/WebSocket), SDKs, and external broker APIs.
• Experience integrating with on-chain protocols and DEXs (AMMs, lending markets).
• Ability to translate partner constraints into internal product/ops requirements.
• Experience with BRDs/PRDs with product managers to translate intent into requirements.
• Familiarity with traditional finance or tokenisation of Real-World Assets (RWA).
• Strong stakeholder management and ability to communicate to technical and non-technical audiences.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to thrive in a 24/7 crypto environment.

About The Role

We are looking for a technically strong Wallet Integration Specialist to drive external integrations for the Tokenized Stocks business line. This person will be the technical bridge between Tokenized Stocks and external parties — including but not limited to, licensed broker/API providers, DEXs, and on-chain protocols — to integrate new products and grow Tokenized Stocks' AUM and use cases. Tokenized Stocks is currently expanding its range of tokenized and traditional securities products — this role will be a key integration and solutions partner across these initiatives.

Responsibilities

Wallet Operations & Management

• Oversee daily operations of exchange wallets, including deposits and withdrawals.
• Monitor blockchain transactions to ensure timely processing and resolve delays or failures.
• Maintain operational uptime of exchange wallets.
• Coordinate and complete network upgrades, token events, and testing with no issues.
• External Partner Integration & Solutions (Tokenized Stocks)

Serve as the technical integration lead between Tokenized Stocks and external parties, including licensed broker/API providers, DEXs, and on-chain protocols.

• Evaluate, scope, and implement wallet and on-chain integrations that enable new Tokenized Stocks products and use cases.
• Articulate technical and operational solutions to potential partners, structuring integration proposals that expand Tokenized Stocks' AUM and unlock new use cases.
• Manage the end-to-end partner integration lifecycle: technical scoping, API/contract integration, testing, and go-live, in partnership with internal Tech/Engineering.
• Troubleshoot and resolve integration issues across internal systems and external partner stacks.
• Tokenized Stocks Product & Operations Support

Collaboration with External Project Teams

• Run integration workstreams with external project teams, including scoping, coordinating and following through on partner deliverables.
• Take ownership of assigned integration workstreams, with clear accountability for outcomes and regular status updates.

Partner with stakeholders across various departments — Product, Compliance, Legal, Tech, and Customer Support.

• Communicate proactively and effectively with internal and external stakeholders, aligning expectations and driving clarity on deliverables, dependencies, and timelines.

Requirements

• 4–6 years in crypto wallet solutions, blockchain infrastructure, technical integration, or a related role.
• Solid technical understanding of blockchain systems, including UTXO, EVM, multi-signature/MPC wallets, smart contracts, DEXs, and on-chain/DeFi protocols.
• Proficiency with blockchain explorers, and experience with API integrations (REST/WebSocket), SDKs, and external broker/dealer or exchange APIs.
• Experience (or strong working knowledge) integrating with on-chain protocols and DEXs (e.g., AMMs, lending markets).
• Ability to design and articulate technical and operational solutions to external partners, and to translate partner constraints and opportunities into internal product/ops requirements.
• Proven experience working with Product Managers on BRDs and PRDs, translating product intent into operational and integration requirements, SOPs.
• Familiarity with traditional finance / securities operations (equities, IPO processes, commodities) and/or tokenisation of Real-World Assets (RWA).
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to engage both highly technical and non-technical audiences, internally and externally.
• Excellent problem-solving skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, 24/7 crypto environment.
