Job summary

Binance Wallet team is building a decentralized version of Binance with on-chain infrastructure, self-custody wallets, a DEX, and decentralized Earn. This role focuses on growing the Prediction Market business, improving liquidity, and driving engaged participation across sports, esports, politics, and other events.

You will work with product, marketing, data, and tech to launch features and campaigns, monitor metrics, and optimize outcomes in a remote-first, fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in operations, growth, or product operations.
• Familiar with liquidity management and participation-driving mechanisms.
• Fluency in Chinese and English; additional languages a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own the overall operations strategy for the Prediction Market business, focusing on growth, user participation, liquidity, and market health.
• Drive end-to-end growth across acquisition, activation, retention, and conversion.
• Design and execute mechanisms to improve liquidity, trading activity, and user engagement; identify key market categories.
• Collaborate with product, marketing, data, and tech teams to launch features, campaigns, and initiatives.
• Monitor core metrics, analyze performance, and optimize operations and growth outcomes.
• Conduct market and competitor research to identify trends and opportunities.
• Build scalable operational frameworks and support team execution.

Responsibilities

• Own the overall operations strategy for the Prediction Market business, with a focus on growth, user participation, liquidity, and market health
• Drive end-to-end growth across acquisition, activation, retention, and conversion
• Design and execute mechanisms to improve liquidity, trading activity, and user engagement Identify and operate key market categories such as sports, esports, politics, policy, and other event-driven topics
• Work closely with product, marketing, data, and tech teams to launch features, campaigns, and strategic initiatives
• Monitor core metrics, analyze performance, and continuously optimize operations and growth outcomes
• Conduct market and competitor research to identify trends, best practices, and new opportunities
• Build scalable operational frameworks and support team execution

Requirements

• Strong experience in operations, growth, or product operations
• Must have solid understanding of Prediction Market products and user behavior or strong end-to-end project management capabilities
• Must be familiar with liquidity management and participation-driving mechanisms
• Need to think holistically - not only category knowledge, but also channels, growth, and conversion
• Strong data sense, execution ability, and cross-functional collaboration skills
• Good understanding of event-driven markets such as sports, esports, politics, policy, and trending topics is a strong plus
• Experience in crypto, betting, gaming, trading, fintech, or similar fast-paced platforms is a strong plus
• Fluency in Chinese and English is required to be able to coordinate with overseas partners and stakeholders. Additional languages would be an advantage.
