Job summary

Binance is seeking a candidate for Spot Operations to ensure daily spot activities run smoothly and to shape how announcements reach users and regional teams. Fresh graduates can start within the next 1–2 months, with opportunities to contribute to data-driven decisions.

The role involves analyzing market and product data, preparing regional reports, and collaborating with Customer Service on spot-related issues. Strong cross-functional communication is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business/finance/economics/data is preferred.
• Solid communication skills, written and verbal as the role requires lots of cross functional collaboration.
• Operations experience, preferably in Crypto. Otherwise, you must have a decent level of understanding in Crypto.
• Bilingual English/Mandarin is required to be able to coordinate with overseas partners and stakeholders.

About The Role

Spot Operations is the engine behind our spot trading business. You’ll keep daily operations running smoothly, shape how spot announcements reach users and regional teams, and turn data into insights that help the business make better calls.

We are open to fresh graduates that can start within the next 1-2 months
