Haven of Hope Christian Service in Hong Kong is seeking an Assistant Operations Manager for the Neighbourhood Elderly Centre (NEC). The role focuses on overseeing daily operations, ensuring quality service delivery and efficient use of resources within a compassionate Christian framework.

You will support budgeting, develop community networks with local stakeholders, supervise a multidisciplinary team, and handle incidents and complaints with timely interventions.

Formación

• Registered Social Worker (RSW) with a Bachelor’s degree in Social Work or above.
• Minimum 7 years of post-qualification experience in elderly services, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or management role.
• Excellent command of written and spoken English and Chinese.
• Mature, good interpersonal and problem-solving skills, proactive and systems thinking.
• Align with the Vision, Mission and Core Values of Haven of Hope Christian Service.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee the overall management and daily operations of the Neighbourhood Elderly Centre, ensuring smooth service delivery and efficient use of resources
• Assist the supervisor in developing, managing center’s budget and overseeing all financial transactions
• Strategically plan and develop community networks with local stakeholders
• Participate in formulating operational workflows and guidelines and monitor the quality and compliance
• Supervise and support multidisciplinary team to ensure high quality of service delivery
• Handle critical incidents, service complaints, and emergencies with timely and appropriate interventions
