Morgan Stanley in Hong Kong is seeking a Product Support & Services Associate to support transaction processing, post-execution lifecycle activities, and operational risk management across ISG products while driving process efficiency and client service excellence.

In the Operations division, we partner with business units to support financial transactions, implement effective controls and build client relationships, driving strategic automation and a transformation mindset.

Qualifications

• Experience in an Operations role within a global investment bank.
• Knowledge of global cash equities, swaps, FX and derivatives.
• Ability to identify risk in day-to-day processes and propose improvements.
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
• Willingness to work across teams to meet client needs.
