We’re seeking someone to join our team as a Product Support & Services Associate to support transaction processing, post-execution lifecycle activities, and operational risk management across a range of Institutional Securities Group (ISG) products while driving process efficiency and client service excellence.

In the Operations division, we partner with business units across the Firm to support financial transactions, devise and implement effective controls and develop client relationships, driving strategic automation solutions by embracing a transformation mindset and challenging the status quo.

This is a Product Support & Services position at the Associate level within Product Support & Services, which is responsible for providing transaction support and managing post-execution processes.

What You’ll Do In The Role

• Execute processes/functions and/or support process management and project efforts, leveraging knowledge of the systems, markets and instruments that influence the team
• Recognize risk in day-to-day processes to draw out the key issues and contribute to process improvements
• Build relationships within team and internal stakeholders, sharing knowledge to contribute to team output
• Participate in projects and initiatives, aiding in solution formulation with a focus on timely execution

• Ability to establish clear goals and priorities, and address non-standard issues within area of expertise with minimal guidance and supervision
• Subject matter expertise in business area supported, client requirements, and ability to ensure control is not compromised to comply with client requests

• At least 2 years' relevant experience would generally be expected to find the skills required for this role Qualifications:
• Working experience in an Operations role with a global investment bank (Trade Support experience is an advantage, but not must)
• Product and operational knowledge in global cash equities (primarily), swaps, corporate actions, FX, listed derivatives, derivatives, principal investments preferred
• Risk awareness, willingness and propensity to probe, question, and escape
• Well organized with high regard for attention to detail and accuracy
