Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or above in Business Administration, Operation Management, Finance or related disciplines.
• At least 2 years of banking experience in operational risk or internal audit.
• Substantial knowledge in regulatory requirements relating to banking industry.
• Analytical, independent and objective when making judgments.
• Flexible, proactive and independent with sound communication and interpersonal skills.
• Qualification of ECF is preferred.
• Proficiency in both written and spoken English, Chinese and Putonghua.

Responsibilities

• Formulate and maintain operational risk policies.
• Provide advisory for the BU on operational risk.
• Review and analyse operational incidents, evaluate operational risk level for banking products, services and workflow and recommend solutions to minimize the risk of the bank.
• Execute measures with reference to Basel requirements to ensure the bank complies with the policies and guidelines of the bank and regulatory bodies.
