Job summary

Binance is seeking an experienced Operational Risk / ERMF Specialist in Hong Kong to support the development and ongoing enhancement of the firm's Enterprise Risk Management Framework. This role will collaborate with regional and global teams to strengthen risk governance, perform risk assessments, monitor KRIs, and support risk initiatives across the organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Finance, or Risk Mgmt.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in Operational Risk, ERM, Audit, Advisory, Financial Services, or Product Risk Management.
• Experience in financial services, fintech, or digital assets/cryptocurrency is highly preferred.
• Knowledge of GRC platforms and database management is an advantage.
• Strong project management and execution capabilities under tight deadlines.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Support development and enhancement of enterprise risk management policies, procedures, and governance frameworks.
• Prepare risk awareness and training materials to promote a strong risk culture.
• Assist in maintaining KRIs and risk governance through monitoring.
• Prepare risk reports for senior management and Board Committees.
• Partner with Risk Champions and Risk Owners to consolidate business unit risk reporting.
• Consolidate operational risk incidents and perform trend analyses across regional entities.
• Assist regional teams in establishing KRIs aligned with the governance framework.
• Support central risk function in overseeing regional risk activities.
• Support product risk assessments across crypto and digital asset products.
• Validate controls from risk assessments and monitor remediation actions.
• Conduct risk assessments for new products and initiatives.
• Develop and maintain KRI matrices and assist SMEs in KRIs alignment.
• Enable central risk team to oversee multiple risk pillars and functions.
• Support risk programmes including Third-Party risk, Incident Management, and BCP.
• Prepare risk dashboards and management reports for oversight.
• Participate in cross-functional projects and ad hoc assignments.
