Job summary

ZA in Hong Kong seeks an experienced Operational Risk Manager to develop and maintain the Bank's ORM and operational resilience framework, ensuring alignment with HKMA expectations.

The role conducts risk data analysis, supports BCM initiatives, and coordinates risk reviews and NPC activities. You will work with business units to strengthen risk culture and deliver timely risk reports to senior management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT, Finance, Risk Management or related field.
• Minimum 5 years in financial sector with operational risk focus.
• Familiarity with HKMA risk frameworks.
• AORP or CORP certifications preferred.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain ORM and resilience framework with policies and tools.
• Assess effectiveness of controls and provide enhancement recommendations.
• Lead RCSA and KRI processes to improve risk identification and monitoring.
• Review operational risk events and perform root cause analysis.
• Coordinate NPC activities and risk reporting to senior management.
• Support BCM activities including BIA, drills and scenario testing.
