Job summary

Hang Seng Bank is seeking a professional to manage liabilities and secured lending risk controls in a dynamic banking environment in Hong Kong. Responsibilities

Establish and maintain effective risk management and controls for deposits, FX, mortgages and secured lending.
Coordinate with business units to record and report operational risk issues and actions.
Establish governance framework for monitoring operational risk issues by senior management.
Lead control monitoring, review control-related requests and ensure adherence to policies.
Propose quality enhancements and remediation based on reviews and policy updates.
Ensure controls minimize bank risk by monitoring internal control systems and effectiveness.
Promote operational risk awareness through staff briefings and training.
