Job summary

DBS Bank Ltd in Hong Kong is seeking a motivated operational risk professional to join the Consumer Banking Wealth Management Operations (CBWMO) Risk and Control team. The role supports management of operational risk, monitors KRIs, and coordinates follow-up on control issues.

You will engage with operations and risk functions to provide practical guidance, implement sustainable control enhancements, and help promote a strong risk culture through training and governance activities.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years in operational risk, controls, audit, compliance, or banking ops.
• Experience in consumer banking or wealth management preferred.
• Ability to analyze complex information and identify control weaknesses.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate incident management activities across the risk team.
• Support RCSA, thematic reviews, and control assessments.
• Compile KRIs and governance materials for management reports.
• Engage stakeholders to implement sustainable control enhancements.
• Assist in process improvement using data analysis and automation.
