Job summary

Seiyo Global Logistics (Asia) Ltd, located in Sheung Wan, Hong Kong, is seeking a capable candidate to join our freight forwarding team. You will handle a full set of import/export documents and coordinate with multiple stakeholders.

The role requires 3+ years in freight forwarding, strong English and Cantonese/Mandarin, and the ability to work under pressure. We value initiative, teamwork, and good time management. Immediate availability is preferred; on-site role at our HK office.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years experience in freight forwarding industry.
• F.5 or above.
• Self-disciplined and good time management.
• Accountable and responsible and willing to work under pressure.
• Detail oriented and well-organized.
• Willing to learn and good working attitude.
• Initiative, self-motivate and good team player.

Coordinate with supporting departments and oversea office/agents

Perform other duties as assigned by management and Ad hoc tasks and assignments

Requirements:

Strong MS applications, Good command in English and Cantonese/Mandarin
