Job summary

HAECO Hong Kong, based at HKIA, is seeking an Onwing Structure Support Engineer (OSSE) to provide continuous structure repair guidance. You will interface with the OSS team and the AFS workforce to support Cathay Pacific operations and overseas customers.

The role demands independent work, strong English communication, and familiarity with AMM/SRM/ASR data. Airbus/Boeing structural training is a plus, with opportunities for growth within HAECO Group’s global MRO network.

Qualifications

• Ability to work independently without supervision.
• Good level of communication in English.
• Cross departmental communication both internally and with other entities of HAECO Group.
• OEM structure training (Airbus and/or Boeing) is added value.
• Trained on structural specific inspection methods.
• High level of understanding of approved data (AMM/SRM/ASR/ Part 21 data) and other OEM document.

Responsibilities

• Provide 24 / 7 support to CoE for structure support advice and repair solution.
• Collect data and arrange for inspection to be performed by specialists.
• Organize repair team for local onwing regular and AOG support.
• Organize repair team for AOG support off-site.
• Keep track of fleet structure status for repair forecasting purposes.
• Advise Customer on fleet issues and repair / repair material recommendations.
• Advice Customers on repair inspection methods and inspection equipment.
• Participate in regular duty related meetings.

Position Description

HAECO Onwing Structure Support Engineer (OSSE) is posted to undertake structural repair advice support function and interface with HAECO OSS team and AFS workforce.

OSSE is the focal point for all structure repair assistance generated through the COE for Cathay Pacific operation, or through LM OCG for overseas customers.

What You’ll Do

• Provide 24 / 7 support to CoE for structure support advice and repair solution
• Collect data and arrange for inspection to be performed by specialists
• Organize repair team for local onwing regular and AOG support
• Organize repair team for AOG support off-site
• Keep track of fleet structure status for repair forecasting purposes
• Advise Customer on fleet issues and repair / repair material recommendations
• Advice Customers on repair inspection methods and inspection equipment
• Participate in regular duty related meetings

What You’ll Need
