Job summary

HAECO Group currently seeks an accomplished commercial/proposal leader to drive tailored, market-competitive bids for Component Repair & Overhaul (CRO). You will translate customer needs into compelling offers, manage contract terms, and coordinate with Group Commercial to secure new CRO business.

You will lead bid decisions, oversee FDS calculations, and ensure timely, high-quality proposals while fostering strong internal and external relationships.

Responsibilities

• Lead the RFP clarification process and develop winning proposals
• Make bid/no bid decisions based on CRO’s capacity and coordinate with Group Commercial for holistic approach
• Accountable for Financial Deal Summary (FDS) calculation and approval
• Manage the contract drafting and review process
• Work with Group Commercial in contract negotiations to ensure terms and conditions align with the company’s objectives and policies
• Support One HAECO service solutions
• Align with Group Commercial on sales pipeline and budget for new business opportunities
• Build, maintain and cultivate strong relations with internal and external stakeholders
• Seek agile and continuous improvement opportunities in commercial proposal management processes
• Accountable for phase-in of new customer contracts and handover to Customer Service

Position Description

This role is responsible for delivering tailored, market-competitive proposals that secure additional business for Component Repair & Overhaul ( CRO). This role requires a deep understanding of CRO’s products and services, as well as customers’ requirements, and translates both into compelling commercial offers. This role formulates win-win solutions through strong negotiation skills and ensures these solutions are reflected in contractual Terms and Conditions to facilitate contract signature. This role operates in a highly networked environment and manages work under pressure and to challenging deadlines.

What You'll Do

What You'll Need

1. Technical and other Relevant Experience

• Minimum of 10 years of proven track record in commercial experience, with the ability to deeply understand and explain product features and benefits, with at least 5 years in a supervisory role
• Demonstrated experience in contract management and proposal management
• Comfortable delivering demos and pitches to various stakeholders
• Excellent communication skills with a strong ability to influence purchasing decisions and a customer-centric mindset
• Strong sense of time management and prioritization

2. Qualifications and other Relevant Knowledge

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field is preferred
• Excellent command of English, written and spoken; Other languages are beneficial
• Proficiency in preparing project papers and presentations with MS Office applications
• Certified knowledge of Aircraft Systems and aviation technology is of advantage
