Captar Partners Limited is seeking an Event Marketing Coordinator in Hong Kong for a six-month contract to support the marketing team and business needs. The role focuses on end-to-end event planning, client/partner engagement, and marketing collateral creation.

The ideal candidate will have 2–5 years of live events experience, strong logistics skills, and proficiency in English and Cantonese. Immediate availability is preferred to start onboarding quickly.

Qualificações

• Degree in Marketing, Events, Communications, or related field preferred.
• 2–5 years of live events coordination experience.
• Marketing background with hands-on event delivery.
• Organised, detail-minded; evening/weekend events may be required.
• English and Chinese (Cantonese) skills; Mandarin a plus.
• Immediately available preferred.

Our client is an international financial service company with their HQ in Hong Kong. They are hiring a Event Marketing Coordinator on a six-month contract to support in the marketing team and business need.

Job Highlights

What you will do

• Plan and coordinate client / partner events and seminars — timeline, guest list, registration and on-the-day support
• Work with venues and vendors on quotes, logistics and run-of-show so events land smoothly
• Support event-led marketing touchpoints such as invitations, reminders and simple follow-up content
• Help prepare marketing collaterals (brochures, sales kits, decks, gifts and digital / print materials) for campaigns and events
• Support customer and partner engagement activities with the sales / marketing team (e.g. loyalty touchpoints, workshops, relationship programmes)

What we look for

• Degree in Marketing, Events, Communications, or related preferred
• Solid experience coordinating or executing live events end to end (agency, in-house marketing, or events team) — ideally 2–5 years
• Marketing background with hands-on event delivery preferred over a pure events-only profile
• Organised, detail-minded; comfortable with evening / occasional weekend events when required
• Good written and spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese); Mandarin a plus
• Insurance or financial-services event exposure helpful but not required
• Immediately available candidates preferred
