Arup invites applications for a resident site staff position with the Electrical and Mechanical Services Department for the District Cooling System at Kwu Tung North in Hong Kong. The role covers design and construction of DCS plants, chilled water distribution, and installation of electrical and mechanical equipment on site.

Qualifications include a Diploma or Higher Certificate from the CIC and language proficiency at Level 2 or above in Chinese and English under HKDSEE/HKCEE or equivalent.

Formación

• Diploma or Higher Certificate from CIC in Hong Kong or equivalent in a relevant discipline.
• Language proficiency: Level 2+ in Chinese and English under HKDSEE/HKCEE or equivalent.
• Experience in construction site supervision is advantageous.

Responsabilidades

• Resident site staff for the District Cooling System project including design and construction tasks on site.
• Oversee installation of electrical and mechanical equipment and piping works at the Kwu Tung North site.
• Coordinate with project teams and ensure compliance with government terms and conditions.
