Arup invites applications for a Resident Engineer (Safety/Environmental/Public Relations) to join the District Cooling System project in Kwu Tung North New Development Area under the Electrical and Mechanical Services Department agreement.

The role focuses on site supervision and coordination for the DCS plant, pipe laying, and installation of equipment, with an emphasis on safety, environmental, and public relations considerations.

The Opportunity

We now invite applications for the following resident site staff position for Electrical and Mechanical Services Department Agreement No. CE 67/2018 (EM) - The District Cooling System for Kwu Tung North New Development Area - Design and Construction

The project involves design and construction of DCS plants, DCS chilled water distribution pipe laying works, installation of electrical and mechanical equipment, and provision of connection facilities (including heat exchangers) works that to be carried out within Kwu Tung North New Development Area.

Qualifications & Experience required:

• Corporate Membership of the Hong Kong Institution of Engineers in an appropriate discipline or equivalent
• Experience in NEC Contract will be an advantage
