Job summary

Chinasoft International Limited in Hong Kong is seeking a proactive Business Analyst to work on-site in Quarry Bay. You will bridge business users and technical teams, drive project execution, manage testing cycles, and support low-code workflow solutions.

Qualifications

Solid understanding of SDLC and workflow systems.
Proficiency in SQL querying.

Experience with JIRA for project management and UAT coordination.

Responsibilities

Drive end-to-end project handling and manage JIRA progress and issue resolution.
Create clear documentation for DevOps processes and coordinate UAT with business stakeholders.
Provide daily application support and perform low-code development to optimize functionalities.
Independently gather user requirements and translate them into technical specifications for vendors.
