Job summary

Swing Consulting Ltd. is looking for a Junior Business Analyst to manage JIRA, provide DevOps documentation, and oversee User Acceptance Testing (UAT). Ideal candidates will have 1-3 years of IT Business Analysis experience, strong skills in application support, and knowledge of low-code platforms. Fluent Mandarin is required for vendor communication. The role includes a salary range of 20-30K based on experience, 10-20 days of annual leave, and a 5-day work week.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of relevant experience in IT Business Analysis.
• Knowledge of .NET, Angular, SQL, Cloud development, or workflow systems is highly advantageous.
• A proactive, clear-minded professional with a strong 'can-do' attitude and the ability to handle multiple project priorities.

Responsibilities

• Drive end-to-end projects, including JIRA management, DevOps documentation, and User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
• Deliver application support and hands-on low-code solutions to improve efficiency.
• Coordinate with vendors to ensure seamless project delivery.
• Enhance workflow systems by utilizing cloud technologies and modern development frameworks.
